About Creattivica
Creattivica is a software development studio operating as Andr. Panagiotopoulos Kai SIA L.P., registered in Greece and based in Argos, Argolis. We have been building custom web applications and business software since 2023.
Our business
We are a small team of senior full-stack developers. Our core business is the design, development, deployment and ongoing maintenance of custom software — primarily web applications and websites — sold as project-based professional services to business clients, together with recurring managed hosting and support subscriptions.
We do not sell physical goods. We do not resell third-party software licences. Our revenue comes from two sources: one-off development projects invoiced against milestones, and recurring monthly or annual hosting, maintenance and support retainers.
Our team and capabilities
Every project is delivered by senior developers who work on it directly. Our working stack covers:
- Backend — PHP, Node.js, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, REST and GraphQL APIs
- Frontend — JavaScript and TypeScript, React, modern HTML and CSS, responsive and accessible interfaces
- Platforms — WordPress and WooCommerce (custom themes and plugins), Magento
- Infrastructure — Linux (CentOS, Rocky, Debian, Ubuntu), Apache and Nginx, Docker, virtualisation, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and backup automation
- Design — UI and UX design, brand-consistent interface work, Adobe Creative Suite
How we work
We keep the process deliberately simple. You describe the problem, we write a specification and quote a fixed price against it, and we build to that specification. Nothing is invoiced that was not agreed in writing first. The full process — from first call to final handover and warranty — is documented on our How We Work page.
Our commitment
- Written specifications. Every project has an agreed, signed scope document. You know exactly what you are buying.
- Fixed pricing. Where the scope is fixed, the price is fixed. Changes are quoted separately and only proceed with your written approval.
- Warranty. Every delivered project carries a 90-day warranty. If delivered work does not meet the agreed specification, we fix it at no charge.
- Your code is yours. On final payment, all intellectual property in bespoke code we write for you transfers to you.
- Direct contact. You have the mobile number and email address of the developer responsible for your project.
Where we work
Our registered office is in Argos, Argolis. We serve clients throughout Greece and the European Union, working both on site and remotely. Project meetings can be held in person in the Argolis and Athens regions, or by video call anywhere.
